Customer IP complaint removed and account reactivated from "under review" in section 3

Hello,

one of our clients received a customer IP complaint, which led to their account being put under review. Amazon asked them for video call verification for identity and supply chain verification of the ASIN associated with the complaint.

They participated in an instant video call verification, during which Amazon requested all documents related to identity and supply chain verification of the specific ASIN. After the video call, they submitted the required documents. Four days later, they received a notice from Amazon asking for additional documents for supply chain verification. They submitted these documents as well, and the next day, they received notice from Amazon that their account was reactivated.

Key points:

  1. Always maintain valid supply chain documentation, including supplier invoices, order confirmation emails, prep center agreements, invoices and payment proofs, VA agreements, payment proofs, tracking records, and all other documents related to your order from the supplier to the Amazon warehouse.

  2. Continuously communicate with Amazon’s account health team to verify the exact documents you need to submit.

  3. Only submit the documents requested by Amazon; do not include any extra documents.
