A customer placed an order for an item which clearly states the size of the item. The customer has left feedback saying it is the wrong size (even though the size is clearly stated in the bullet points and description on the page at time of their order).
I appealed via case log but Amazon apparently no longer removed feedback if it’s a product review (which this is) as they used to.
Unfortunately, unless it’s a FBA order, seller feedback of any kind is nearly impossible to get removed. What does the comment say exactly?
If it’s 100% a product review, then they may remove it, but if the rating is written in such a way that you sent a wrong size, then they will consider it a seller faulted issue.
