Customer complaints about wrong product

I really need your help and advice please tell me what should I do ?

Three days ago amazon has been deactivated my account because a customer complains that it is wrong product. Yesterday after contacting with supplier I have found that they shipped another variation of the product which I bought from them but I was not aware of that. And it was my first shipment I didn’t think of this kind of issue.

Please can someone tell me what should I do to reactive my account? And I should not forget that I submitted the invoice of the supplier to amazon in appeal. Will they reactive my account?

You will need to create a Plan of Action with root cause and identified changes vou have implemented so it doesn’t happen again
