Customer authenticity complaint

Good morning everyone,

I hope everyone had a great weekend, I need some help.

I have received an Authenticity complaint one of my product . I have submitted the invoices from two different suppliers and they both are authetic suppliers but amazon is keep rejecting them and saying they don’t have enough information on them but all the information is there , product name , my name address , supplier address , date of purchase. Units purchased etc .

What do I need to do next to be able to remove the violation ?

Give it a few days and appeal again. Make sure you highlight the important information on the invoice that they need to check: supplier details, your details, product details, and any other proof that you bought the product from a legitimate supplier.

Open a case and request a callback. Explain that this is an abuse of the system and that you have all the proof that you are selling only genuine products. Ask for the case to be transferred to a case manager or supervisor.
