Csm brand review

Any tips on winning csm brand reviews? We have reviews for 2 different brands, and amazon is not accepting our invoices after many submissions. Mostly unverifiable supplier.

thank you for joining the forum. These CSM brand reviews typically happen, when you are listing or selling a greater volume of products of a particularly popular brand.

When it comes to having your invoices accepted by Amazon, they need to be issues by a supplier with a well-established website (where anyone can place orders and the prices are public), also, all of their contact and company details need to be published. They also need to a have a social media presence.

The invoices need to show as “paid”, and need to match your seller account details.

If you have the invoices which Amazon rejected, feel free to post them for feedback.

We do have the same problem with one of our brands
But we do sell in EU

We`ve been trying for weeks and still same answers. as from what we see, and checked million time Amazon policies, all documentation that we do provide gets rejected.
Could you have a look at the invoices and let me know your opinion?

Also would you be willing to help us with this if you are knowledgeable about the topic?

It is a general knowledge that Korean brands are among the most difficult to get approved to sell on Amazon. They are also very prolific with submitting Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints. So, even if you manage to get approved, you may be targeted in a different way.

How long have you been selling these items? Have you provided the requested documents?

It seems to be our first major issue after having successfully sold this and other korean brands for about 2 years. Yes I provided all the documents and their response every time seems to be the same, they can’t verify the supplier. Trying to contact seller support doesn’t help as they are redirecting me to their email address (csm-brand-review) and every email reply from them is the same.

I would need to see the invoices and also the websites from which the products were ordered.

Keep in mind that Amazon verifies if the supplier has a social media presence.
