I am a small manufacturer and need to send docs about raw materials.
Would it be fine, if I send Amazon the credit card statement with my employee name and address while the invoice for raw materials will be in my name and address?
So there will be several invoices for raw materials in my name while credit card statements for this materials in the name of my employee. He actually paid by his card for them.
If I send a credit card statement with my employee name, should I put the clarifying text to Amazon about why I am sending such docs?

Do you mean the REACH declarations regarding jewelry? I had trouble with this as well. You will need test reports, not invoices if this is the case.
It would be helpful if you posted any communication with Amazon regarding the matter evidencing what they are asking about.

Got a regular inquiry(not jewelry related) to provide invoices and credit card statements about raw materials.
Here are the brief quotes from the letter:
“Proof of payments to raw materials suppliers. Bank or credit card statement.”
and
“Invoices, order history for raw materials”
Invoices are in my name, but mostly all recent payments were made by my emloyee’s card.
Employee is not working on me officialy.

Got several replies from other guys that it is not a reliable idea and I should have all docs in my name.
So I assume you would advise the same:)
No, the owner’s card doesn’t matter. If the invoices are in your name, it will be fine.
Amazon doesn’t investigate whom does a card belong to.
Ok. This is also very important for me to know for my future business operations.
So, in your current experience Amazon won’t compare invoices for raw materials that are in my name and address with a credit card statement with payments for these materials that clearly shows another person with a different address and name?
Yes, that’s correct, it doesn’t matter whom did the card belong.
