Creating a removal order

Hello!

I have couple of questions about Removal Order:

  1. How long can might it take? I applied a month ago and I’m still waiting
  2. Why do some of my products 71/200 in the removal order have the status Cancelled?
  3. Will Amazon ship everything together or will it ship in batches?

1 - depending on the quantity, it could take several weeks
2 - could be one or more reasons. You should contact Seller Support, cross your fingers, say a prayer, then hope for a correct answer
3 - no, they will come in batches spread over many weeks

I assume you are aware of the costs. You pay per unit.

Keeping in mind that they will be pulling your units from many Fulfillment centers, they should start to “trickle” in. HOWEVER, everybody has sent their holiday products, and receiving them takes priority.

  1. Why do some of my products 71/200 in the removal order have the status Cancelled?

They are not available. They could have been sold, damaged and/or lost. If they show up later on, you can create another Removal Order.

  1. Will Amazon ship everything together or will it ship in batches?

No and Yes. They will not be shipped together. They will be shipped from every Fulfillment center they are stored in. You may receive a few from here, or just one from there. The process will go on for awhile.
