Create promo codes for specific customers with “Brand Tailored Promotions” to improve customer retention

We’ve launched Brand Tailored Promotions, a service that provides exclusive promotional codes to high-intent customers, known as Brand Tailored Audiences.

Through this service, brands can now offer promotional discounts in the rage of 10% to 50%. By using Brand Tailored Promotions, you can increase your customer base, boost repeat purchases, and improve customer retention.

Through Brand Tailored Promotions, you will be able to engage the following customers:

  • Repeat customers: Customers who have ordered your brand’s products more than once in the last 12 months.
  • Brand Cart abandoners: Customers who have added any of your brand products to their cart in the last 90 days but haven’t bought yet.
  • High-spend customers: The highest spending 5% of your brand’s customers in the last 12 months.
  • Recent customers: The most recent 5% of customers who have purchased from your brand.

Each eligible customer can redeem the promotion for a single purchase. Use is limited to 1 unit per customer. See our guide or help page to learn more.
