Hi I have recieved a conterfeit claim for a listing where I believe the brand name or EAN has been changed at some point since i started selling it in November 2021. I have had claims like this before but they usually go away without much trouble. This time I was only given the option to submit an appeal but this has been rejected, i now have 48 hours until account deactivation. Can anyone help?
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with a counterfeit claim. Is this a Customer Product Condition Complaint or an Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaint?
No, they don’t go away and I don’t think it’s a good idea to just wait for them disappear after 180 days.
You should always try to acknowledge them by ticking boxes so they hopefully disappear. How many defects / complaints do you currently have on your Account Health Dashboard?
