I need a little guidance. Yesterday, I listed a product, and the listing was activated in Spain by mistake. I received a few orders, but I don’t want to dispatch them because it would result in a loss due to the additional fulfillment fee, which I found to be at least £12 per shipment.
If I don’t ship these orders, will it affect my account? I’m already dealing with an Order Defect Rate of 1.62%, and I’m concerned about further negative impacts. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it will impact your account. I would recommend sending a message to the customers, explaining the situation, and hopefully, they will agree to cancel the orders in time.
In the worst-case scenario, if you decide not to send the orders, you could mark them as dispatched and inform the customers later about an issue with the order. However, this is a much riskier approach, and I wouldn’t suggest it.
