Completely new to Amazon selling

Hello All.

Honestly it’s a bit daunting as wasn’t expecting this much restrictions. I am looking for any wholesaler/ distributors you have used as I am looking to buy everyday household products. I am new starter so looking for someone who has a low MOQ.

Please share any tips and tricks on how to find these wholesalers/ distributors for future reference.

Thank you.

Starting on Amazon can definitely feel overwhelming with all the restrictions, but once you get familiar with the process, it becomes more manageable. For everyday household products, you can look into wholesalers like Faire, Tundra, and local distributors that cater to small businesses with low MOQs. Trade shows, supplier directories like Worldwide Brands or SaleHoo, and even reaching out directly to brands can also be effective. When vetting suppliers, always check reviews, request samples when possible, and confirm they provide invoices that meet Amazon’s requirements for ungating.

You can easily find them through Google or Google Maps by searching for local suppliers in your area. It can definitely feel overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.

Finding wholesalers and distributors with low MOQs can be challenging, but there are a few ways to go about it. You can start by checking wholesale directories like Faire, Abound, and Tundra, which often have suppliers with lower order minimums. Other options include reaching out to local distributors, attending trade shows like ASD Market Week, or contacting brands directly to ask for a list of authorized distributors. You can also explore websites like Alibaba or US-based wholesalers like Frontier Co-op and Dollar Days. Another strategy is joining Facebook groups or seller forums where other sellers share their supplier experiences. When reaching out to suppliers, be upfront about being a new seller and ask if they offer sample or small-batch orders to build a relationship. Let me know if you need help with outreach templates.

For low MOQ wholesalers, check out local distributors, trade shows, and B2B platforms like Faire and Abound. You can also email brands directly for approval.
