Complaint about customer order from October 2023

Hi Guys,

I had one order dated Oct. 2023, recently customer sent email stated he ordered 10 but received 2. I can’t find the delivery picture the courier company don’t keep it so long.

Otherwise by the parcel size, I can tell it’s 10 or 2.

Anything else I can do?

Yes, @masud530 . The 1st email I ignored. Today I received the 2nd email, just repeating this story.

Ask him why he messaged you after 9 months. Why didn’t he say anything until now? This is rather confusing.
