Clothes and shoes being identified as live plants and seeds

I got a violation. I sold this item 4 months ago. It was only one item. I deleted from my inventory. What do you think about this?

Update: I reached to Health Department and they told me to fill appeal and they will remove it. Don’t forget to take screenshots and upload it. I filled the form. will see how it works

SEEDS AND PLANTS or PLANT_ SEED categories. Please update the product_type attribute to either SEEDS_AND PLANTS or PLANT_ SEED values as a path to reinstatement. I just received 5-7 of the same violation. Definitely automatic. I clicked the boxes and appealed saying “This is a pair of boots” etc. Then deleted asin and created removal order.

Must be a glitch I got the same for toys.

It is a mass email. Many sellers received it

In addition to plant and seeds, one of my listings got deactivated bcz of prohibited disease claims. The product is a body soap and its name contains “Stress Relief” and it got flagged as claiming to cure a disease and listing removed. I was asked to submit an appeal or face account deactivation.

I’m now down to just 1 violation, looks like amazon are fixing the problem

Update: After submitting appeal and talking with Account Health Department they removed it. I just checked . Good luck everyone hope you can handle it soon too

Amazon is playing with fire, and I believe it’s time to start fighting back indirectly. In the past, we have seen how Amazon has changed its policies, making it increasingly difficult to sell on their platform with poor support and the removal of listings in a marketplace where you are supposed to have access to buy and sell everything except drugs, haha. For example, eBay or Shopify are platforms where you can list a product without complaints using 3 party fulfillment.

The latest from Amazon is seed plant IP. What are you waiting for to try something different? The system is broken.
