I have a question. I am a newbie, but I started with FBM. I switched now because of medical reasons. I just sent in some inventory. My problem is, how do I change my shipping time? Even though it says Prime, it shows that the customer won’t receive it until February 28 to March 8.

You can’t make any changes. Amazon does it all and it depends on many things. Your items could be between warehouses, they might still be on their way to Amazon, or whatever.
When they are ready to offer fast shipping, Amazon will change the delivery dates.
Remember that “Prime delivery” doesn’t mean “fast delivery”. It just means “free delivery to prime members”.
