I need some help here. I requested for lab testing with Certified Labs as required by Amazon for a consumable product. I requested for this service on October 15th and per the feedback from Amazon, Certified Labs is supposed to contact me within 72 hours through a phone call or email but it’s been more than 72 hours as today is 21st October and still no call and no email.
Per the status of my requested service provider is awaiting payment and sample product.
Has anyone gone through this process or procedure and how did you manage to get in touch with them or manage to pay the service fee and how you mailed your sample product to the Lab?
I managed to get a phone number to call, nobody picked up and I’m not pretty sure that’s their actual phone as the search for Certified Labs led to another site with a different name altogether. Anyone with knowledge on this should kindly share with me.
