I have a seller account on Amazon and recently received a warning to upload a UAE trade license.
When I try to update the details in the “Primary Contact Information” section, there is a captcha to complete and an OTP that needs to be sent to the registered number, but I keep getting an error when entering the captcha that says “something went wrong, try later.” I have tried using different phone numbers and different browsers, but the issue persists.
What could be the possible solution to this?
