Cannot find account with this email id

Hello

I have having serious problem

Yesterday i was unable to login my seller central and today when i tried to login using my email id and password there was an error ‘cannot find account with this email id ‘

I called seller support - no help

I created new amazon consumer account with the same email id and it allow me to create new account

I came back to seller central and now i am able to login but the main issue is everything disappeared from seller central and i m on new registration page,

What should I do

My listing are still active on Amazon

Buy my company details are disappeared from seller central

Please 🙏 help

Are you definitely trying to login at the correct country’s website, ie .com, .co.uk or whatever?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies ? Or using a different browser? Usually helps
