I urgently need to cancel an automated removal order that appears to be erroneously made for what appears to be aged inventory (can’t see any other explanation).
I disabled the automatic removals for aged inventory a couple of months back, but it’s still put through a large removal order for inventory that was fulfillable/sellable. Thanks to Amazon’s genius move to grey out the Cancel button for automated removals , I can’t cancel it myself manually even though the majority of it is still Pending.
Is there a way to force this inventory not to ship?
I’ve contacted Seller Support awaiting responses and managingdirector email.
