Cancelling a return request

A buyer wants to cancel a return request on amazon (seller fufilled not FBA). They said they have already cancelled it. But it is still showing as return request open.

Also, on my home page it is now showing “You have pending return authorisations that require immediate attention” when I click on it - nothing shows.

What shall I do ?

I would wait at least 24 hours for the system to update, if it does not update after that wait you would have to contact support.

I don’t think it’s possible to cancel a return request. I believe they will stay there forever unless the buyer sends the item back

No, not forever. At some point it will drop off the list.
