Canceling a box from FBA shipment

So, I have packaged 3 boxes so far, I have dropped off 2 at UPS. 1 has been delivered, and the other will probably be delivered tomorrow. The 3rd box I need to cancel, bc I want to change the items in it to match a better way to list it. (3 pack instead of 1).

I was seeing that in order for me to cancel this one it will cancel everything in shipping… if I click cancel, will this affect the other 2 packages that have already been shipped to amazon?

Clicking cancel on the 3rd box will not affect the other 2 packages that have already been shipped to Amazon. Cancelling the 3rd box will only impact its own shipment.

Hello @Heywood1,

You need to ship that third box. You have to follow the instructions you were given to a “T”. You will not get away with changing the Shipping Plan.

If you want to make changes, place a Removal Order to have the contents shipping back to you.
