There are so many listings with identical products. Each product is under a different brand name.
You can sell whatever you want under PL. Just make sure your finished product(packing, etc) reflects your trademark.

You can sell the same product that already sells on Amazon, but you need to check if it has a patent or trademark before you can sell it.
