I’m new to Amazon selling and have a quick question: Is it okay to buy products from a brand’s website to sell on Amazon? Amazon is never on listing ASINs have no IP issue and buy box is rotating between all sellers.

Different countries have different rules or maybe the same rules applied differently.
But in general, you need to buy your stock from a trade-only part of their website and they supply you with invoices.
If you buy on the retail side of the website, it is quite possible that you won’t be able to provide acceptable invoices if asked.
But as I said, there is no certainty and in fairness, I have no experience in this as I only purchase wholesale or PL. Just going by what I read on forums.

As long as the product is authentic and you have valid invoices, you should be fine.
If the brand owner attempts to have you removed anyway, you will be able to sort it out by legal means.
Most brands are unhappy about Amazon resellers once you contact them directly and request a permission for resale.
