I added several products I was going to dropship from an authorized distributor and eBay suspended me asking for Invoices. I advised. I was dropshipping from a distributor and even linked to their own policy page which states that is allowed.
Follow up email said I was permanently banned. Sure I can create a new account but this was several years old and 100% feedback.
I am not familiar with ebay’s rules for reinstatement after a permanent ban but all you can do is to appeal. You have nothing to lose.
Yes sure you can create new eBay account. But you have to first do data wash. After that eBay will accept your information.

Its a little tricky to advise without some deeper insights. Ebay do allow dropshiping but having seen this in the past the supplier and supply chain seems to be a subjective and a grey area when determining if the supplier is acceptable. Obviously marketplace to markeplace is against terms of service so it would greatly depend on your supplier. If you have supplied an invoice then this looks like to be the issue and ebay dont potentially want dropshipping from this supplier, especially when you mentioned that you supplied the invoices and was banned. Unfortunately you dont know who is acceptable, or not, when using suppliers until you get an issue. Just to clarify, did they ask for invoices, you supplied them and was then banned?
No I didn’t have invoices for the products I added since I was going to dropship but I told them it was an authorized distributor and they never asked for details. The distributor is listed on the brands website as authorized so I think it could be cleared up I just don’t know how to reach out to someone who will actually look at it.
Mmm tricky one. The only thing that springs to mind is that items sold might have triggered some red flags especially if they are Vero or are a brand that is protective of its IP. If they asked for evidence and you supplied a contact or distributor it may not make any difference.
