Can we have two sellers accounts on the same address?

One individual and second as a company.

Yes, but they must sell totally different items in totally different categories. No crossover.

And be aware that if one account is deactivated, they both get deactivated.

Can someone’s spouse sell on Amazon from the same house if one account has been deactivated?

Yes you can, you can have multiple accounts if that is a valid business need. You don’t need Amazon’s prior permission.

But if they deactivate one of the accounts, then there is a high chance they will deactivate the other account too, as a linked account.

I believe that that account will also be deactivated but I can’t be sure. It could be seen as a way of bypassing rule-breaking and the address match will probably be enough.

The address can be the same, but not the identity details. You can create multiple accounts with the same address if you are running two or more private label businesses, or if one is private label and the other is wholesale or a similar situation. However, this is not recommended because if one account gets deactivated for any reason, the other one might be deactivated as well.

You have to get permission from Amazon to do it and have a good reason for it.

You can never list the same asin on both or both accounts will get shut down.
