You have no control over it. Your return policy must be the same as Amazon’s, at the very least.

Unfortunately, on Amazon, even the 30 day returns period means nothing. Buyers can complain about anything until up to 6 months past the order’s latest EDD and receive a full refund from Amazon and they may not even be required to send the product back.
