my prep center recently stopped offering services. I don’t want to go into the hassle of making a new business license and then reseller permit in another state.

Oregon is tax-free and only 1 state away. No resale cert needed for tax-free states.

Check out local co-working spaces in Washington state; they often offer prep center services. Alternatively, inquire at nearby shipping and fulfillment companies, as some provide prep services as well.
