Can someone please explain how same seller is selling 10 times as FBA?

I have confirmed his offers on Amazon

You can sell as many times as you want FBM or FBA. Just create a different SKU.

By Amazon TOS you should only list in same format and condition once.

You can get your account suspended by listing more than once.

That being said, some don’t know and list in many listings especially with different exp dates.

Super high risk.

Multiple skus and is not helping in getting the Bb at all

Is more a scary tactic but now with the low level inventory fee is a bit more tricky to create multiple skus unless you send a decent amount of stock under each sku

Certainly! Here’s a response:

Hello,

It’s not uncommon for a seller to have multiple listings of the same product available for purchase on Amazon, especially if they are utilizing the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service.

There are several reasons why the same seller may appear to be selling a product multiple times through FBA:

  1. Multiple ASINs: The seller may have created multiple Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs) for the same product, each representing a different variation such as size, color, packaging, etc. This allows them to offer a wider selection to customers and cater to different preferences.

  2. Replenishment: The seller may regularly restock their inventory and replenish their FBA stock to meet customer demand. This results in multiple units of the same product being available for purchase at any given time.

  3. Bulk inventory: The seller may have large quantities of the product in stock and choose to send multiple units to Amazon’s fulfillment centers for storage and distribution through FBA. This increases the likelihood of having multiple units available for sale simultaneously.

  4. Listing optimization: The seller may have optimized their product listings, including keywords, images, and pricing, to improve visibility and attract more customers. This can lead to increased sales volume and multiple units being sold through FBA.

  5. Strategic pricing: The seller may have implemented strategic pricing strategies, such as offering discounts, promotions, or bundled deals, to encourage customers to purchase multiple units of the product at once.

In summary, seeing the same seller selling a product multiple times through FBA is often a result of various factors such as multiple ASINs, replenishment of inventory, bulk stocking, listing optimization, and pricing strategies.

If you have any further questions or would like additional clarification, please feel free to ask.

I have heard both cases. Not worth the risk for me to try.
