What happens in cases with RA where you send in high quantities of a product but the seller in control of listing decides not to sell any more.
Can they close/delete their listing which means you’ll have stranded inventory ?

Once a listings is created, it stays on Amazon. Nobody can actually delete it, all one can do is to remove it from their inventory.
Saying that, a brand holder may well be able to amend it so that it becomes unusable, if they really want.

Yes. If they have page control they can edit and/or delete the listing.
Make sure to keep track of the ASIN’s for the products you offer. They come in handy when asking to have the listing restored.

So, can the listing creator remove the listing in such way that the ASIN will no longer exist and my inventory will be discarded? Don’t they have to provide any notice ahead so I can withdraw the stock?
No, an ASIN cannot be removed by the listing creator.
Amazon does remove ASINs if they contain policy violations.
