Can someone confirm we are paying VAT on Sellers fees & FBA Fee's?

Im looking at a report within my Tax Document Library and it shows VAT on Some months and not others

Amazon provides different parts of it services from outside the UK and inside. If you have your VAT number inside seller central, the services provided from Luxembourg, you won’t have any VAT charged. Those from inside the UK (PPC) you will, but you can claim it back on your VAT return.

Most likely in the U.K., you will have VAT charged and invoiced.
