Can someone advise how to reinstate a deactivated account?

Please read properly:

Purchased this product from Pharmashop , France.

ASIN B017NMJKL2

Brand : BIAFINE

These are the issues with I am facing

  1. Product’s listing is not on Brand’s name

  2. Amazon not accepting the invoice.

  3. Tried another authentic supplier’s invoice which is based in UK but denied.

  4. Amazon sent the IP , customer support on call told me this thing.

  5. Purchased 34 units and all sold and this happened after 30-40 days of that product’s sales.

  6. Have submitted the invoices 5-6 times.

  7. Account’s owner is UK national.

If some professional person can assist me, please let me know.


Your problem is that you listed the item under an incorrect brand so you will not be able to prove authenticity, even if the supplier invoices would normally be acceptable.

I think all you can do is to put through an action plan saying that you listed the item under the incorrect brand by mistake and that you will not do so again and hope for the best.

To reinstate your listing, ensure that the invoice from Pharmashop includes the following:

  • Your sales volume within the last 365 days.
  • Contact information for Pharmashop.
  • The ASIN highlighted or circled on the invoice.
