I have a question: my Amazon account (registered as a business with LLC documents) is asking for a credit or debit card statement. I’ve linked my Payoneer account to Amazon, but it’s an individual account registered with Pakistani details.
You generally can’t upload a Payoneer bank statement in place of a credit or debit card statement because Amazon specifically asks for a traditional credit or debit card statement that matches the business name and address on your Seller Central account. Since your Payoneer account is registered as an individual in Pakistan and your Amazon account is under a US LLC, the mismatch in name and country will likely cause issues or get your document rejected. It’s best to use a card issued under your LLC’s name or open a business banking solution that aligns with your Amazon account details to avoid verification problems.
Do you have a unique virtual address? If so, sign up for Payoneer Business using that business address.
You are supposed to use a business bank account and not personal.
I have but they are asking for business address verification.
Have you tried setting it up with your purchase USA address? That’s supposed to be your physical address now.
They are asking for address verification and we have a virtual address how I can verify the Payoneer with virtual address.
You cannot. But you can add another account or wallet with your business details.
