Is anyone here from the UK who has successfully started selling on the US marketplace using UK details? I’m trying to figure out whether I should go with a business account or a personal one. Also, what are the essential requirements I need to be aware of before getting started?

If you’re planning to sell in the USA and source your products from there as well, it’s a good idea to go with an LLC.
I don’t know which country you live in, but you can sell on Amazon America with a British company. You can do this, there will be no problem. Amazon already collects and pays VAT on the American side. Therefore, you will not experience any negativity.
