Can I sell on other Amazon sites without a VAT number?

Hello,

I am selling on Amazon France with FBA. I have a French VAT number. I also want to sell in other countries, but I do not want to register a VAT number yet.

Am I allowed to sell in other countries as long as I dont enable storage in those countries?

Thank you

Yes you can but if sales are significant, you may have to register. And there might be additional rules to worry about, eg EPR, UKCA etc. You need to research this.
