I am selling on Amazon France with FBA. I have a French VAT number. I also want to sell in other countries, but I do not want to register a VAT number yet.
Am I allowed to sell in other countries as long as I dont enable storage in those countries?

Yes you can but if sales are significant, you may have to register. And there might be additional rules to worry about, eg EPR, UKCA etc. You need to research this.

As mentioned above, you don’t need to register for VAT unless you plan to store your FBA inventory in these countries. However, each country has its own turnover threshold for VAT registration:

Yes, you can sell in other countries using Amazon FBA without registering for VAT as long as you don’t enable storage in those countries.
