Can I get my FNSKU before getting brand approved?

I’m having some issues where it’s asking me to get brand approved first

For FNSKU you need to create listing, you can’t list without approval but you can list your listing under generic then you can get FNSKU but it’s better to get approval first then list and then get FNSKU.

I don’t want to post under generic cause I can’t change it back later on. And it’s my own product. Working on getting brand approved right now so I can submit my listing under my brand and get the FNSKU. By my own product I just mean my own logo and branding on the product lol.

If you applied for trademark and get trademark number and you get notification from IPO that your trademark public then you can apply for brand registry but your product should be your own logo branding. It’s better to create your listing within your brand name.
