I applied for brand approval yesterday and received confirmation from Amazon (see the first message). However, when I tried to list my product, everything went smoothly until the final step, but I encountered error 8672. I reached out to support, and here is the response I received (see the second message).
First message :

If you continue to encounter the 5461 error for the above approved Brand & Category, we recommend you wait. After being approved to create a new listing, it may take the system up to 24 hours to reflect the changes.
If the 5461 error persist beyond 24 hours, please resubmit the application with the latest screenshot of the error code 5461. Make sure the xxxxx and time stamp are visible in the background.
Second message:

Please respond to this message with some additional information so we can address your concerns:
