Can anyone tell me how to remove a complaint from 2 month ago someone said I was selling a counterfeit item?

Hello everyone!

I have a question. Received a complaint. Didn’t have an invoice, just a regular receipt which amazon did not accept.

I deleted the item and units associated with it. It still continues to show on my Seller Central main screen, “Your account is at risk of deactivation.”

Can I correct this now or do I have to wait for 6 months for it to go away?

Anyone have any advice for me, or instructions on how to correct it?
