Can anyone suggest how to remove restricted product violation on Amazon?

Hello

we were selling a toy from brand smart mx and Amazon deleted the detail page.

Thanks

To remove a restricted product violation on Amazon, first go to Account Health > Policy Violations in Seller Central and find the specific violation. Click “Appeal” and submit a detailed Plan of Action that includes: (1) an explanation of what the product was and why it may have breached Amazon policy (e.g., improper safety documentation, incorrect category, or restricted attributes), (2) steps you’ve taken to ensure this won’t happen again, such as removing all stock, checking compliance requirements for toys (like EN71 or CE certificates if in the UK/EU), and verifying suppliers, and (3) confirmation that you understand Amazon’s restricted product policies and have trained staff accordingly. If Amazon deleted the detail page entirely, you may also need to confirm that you’re no longer attempting to relist the ASIN or any variation of it.

Yes, Amazon removed it likely due to missing safety certificate or similar issue.

Go to Account Health, click Appeal, say item removed and won’t list again.

If you have invoice or CE/ASTM cert, attach that. Without proof, it will be hard to reinstate.
