Good places people use for books include places like Ingram Content Group (IngramSpark) or Baker & Taylor, which are real book wholesalers/distributors that issue proper B2B invoices.

If you order stock through them and the paperwork is exactly what Amazon wants. If you can’t qualify for direct accounts with those, there are specialty book wholesale suppliers like Bookazine / Book Depot (US), Bertrams / Gardners (UK/EU), or regional wholesale book suppliers that will sell trade books at wholesale rates and provide compliant invoicing.
