signed up with Osome but they are useless.
I’d be interested if you find someone that’s decent. We’ve just signed up to osome after being recommended but I’m not too impressed so far tbh
I’d try cancel now before it’s too late, everything they ‘sell’ to you use false, their tech is not fit for purpose and they’re missing simple deadlines already with little to no communication. They also overcharged me.

I’d also recommend running from Osome ASAP. They are shockingly bad. We stuck with them for over a year and in the end had to redo an entire year of bookkeeping ourselves and try and scramble together some sort of year end accounts to pass over to our new (so much better) accountants. Osome are cheap and very good at marketing - but absolutely crap at actually reconciling your books or basic accountancy. The longer you stay with them the more it will cost you to fix their mess. I’m currently with Ecommerce Accountants and yeah they are substantially more than Osome, but they get the job done, communicate better and generally know their stuff. Would recommend.
