My client’s accounts were deactivated due to a product from the well-known brand, Her Fantasy. We purchased the product directly from the brand and have email correspondence, order confirmations, and invoices. However, the invoices are missing key information required by Amazon, such as the brand’s business name, phone number, address, and website. Despite multiple attempts to contact the brand for these details, they have not responded to emails or phone calls.
I have already submitted two proper appeals to Amazon, but both were rejected. The account in question has been active for 3-4 years, has a strong selling history, and has received 37-38 five-star reviews. The product in question is ASIN B0CJYNPVYR.
On another account, we received a counterfeit complaint for the same ASIN, which led to the listing being suspended. I submitted the same invoices, and after four rejections, the fifth appeal was approved, the listing was reinstated, and I sold all the stock within 2-3 days. That account has been operating without issues since then, and this occurred before the deactivation of the current account.
thank you for joining! I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to authenticity issues.
Does the invoice include everything what Amazon expects it to have?:
-Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)
– Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)
– Item descriptions
– Item quantities
– Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days)
If you really don’t have acceptable invoices, the only way how you can possibly get your account reactivated is after deleting your entire inventory, admitting your fault and appealing the suspension with a Plan of Action.
