Hi,

I am selling a brand in Europe market and I got an IP complaint on images from a brand name “AND” which is also a 3rd party seller.

Now I have a letter from brand to sell their products on Amazon and invoice of authorized distributor of the brand, original images of products which clearly mention name of brand and UPC, Ec declaration but my appeal gets rejected everytime, Account health support has no idea what is wrong, seller support is not responding.

Hmmm, where did you take the images from?

Very weird one. Have you tried “altering” the image even a tiny bit to see if that would take it off?

Brand website. I made the bundle of 3 different products. Now, the seller claims that these images belong to them and Amazon is not accepting any documents.

Yes, then the seller sent a new complaint. Now I have 4 copyright complaints for 1 product from the same seller.

Try to find the images on ebay or etsy, vinted etc…sometimes

People sell there with pictures taken by themselves.

But copyright claim will not remove with this.
