A brand I sold products for a few months ago filed a trademark complaint. I managed to get them to retract it, and they’ve sent multiple retraction requests to Amazon, but the violation is still showing on my account. I’ve even tried uploading a screenshot from the brand confirming the retraction, but Amazon rejected it.
Tried to upload evidence with the confirmation that they will retract their complaint, but clearly showing is same email you got the complaint from?
It is possible that the brand is just fooling around. Retraction has to be made from their Brand registry page by the brand owner. It takes about 48 h for a complaint to be filed so I guess same for retraction to go live.
What brand is this?
Screenshots? You should submit them original invoices and brand authorization letter.
Same issue happened with me few days ago, provide them the exact complaint id which is affecting your account health.
I did already. Receipts from Walgreens and the brand retraction e-mail.
Hims
I did and they retracted it
Receipts? There are bots that read the documents and reject them immediately if you’re not submitting the exact documents they require. Try sending a document with “Invoice” written clearly at the top of the page. The same goes for brand retraction emails— instead, send brand authorization letters. We often think we’re all set and that these documents are sufficient for reinstatement, but that’s not always the case.
I sent them the required documents but they prefer not to see it. We always don’t have LOA when we do OA.
When your brand provides a screenshot of the retraction email, they should also be able to provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) if they genuinely want to help. It’s the brand that put you in this situation, and now Amazon wants solid proof. As I mentioned, bots typically review the first draft and analyze the document. In my experience, an LOA, along with a valid invoice, is often the best way to resolve this issue.
