Can anyone advise on how to address this?

Hi,

This is for the jewellery category.

“Declaration of REACH conformity (certified by the manufacturer or issued to the manufacturer by a third-party testing organization) containing:”

However, it’s essentially a leather band with a stainless steel clasp and a handmade amber decoration on the face.

The bands basically come from China, I guess (though that’s not where I buy them—I get them made with the amber).

Thanks!

Suppliers can often provide this.

To address this, you’ll need to obtain a Declaration of REACH Conformity to ensure the product complies with EU regulations on chemical safety. Since the leather band is likely from China, contact the manufacturer or supplier to provide a REACH compliance certificate for the materials used, particularly for the leather and stainless steel clasp. If they cannot provide this, consider having the product tested by an accredited third-party testing organization to certify compliance. Ensure the amber decoration and all components are included in the testing or documentation. Include these certificates in your submission to Amazon to meet their requirements for the jewelry category.
