Can any one tell us which invoice should we upload here?

Hello

We use prep center to deliver our products and then to Amazon.

Should I upload the invoice of prep center?

Thanks.

If you operate a Limited Company:

[Note: Previously provided invoice doesn’t meet our acceptance criteria, please do not provide same document, kindly provide an alternate invoice]

– Provide any one of the following document for Proof of Operational Business Address:

  1. A copy of an invoice issued by a third party addressed to the company or the director for goods or services used to operate its business. It must be dated within 180 days.

If you do not meet the UK establishment criteria: Verify that you are not established in the UK.

In this case, you will not need to provide documentation, but you will need to pay Amazon to account for the un-paid VAT.

Yes, if you operate a Limited Company, an invoice from your prep centre can be used as proof of operational business address as long as it is issued by a genuine third party, clearly addressed to either the company or a listed director, shows the full address, and is dated within the last 180 days, and this is very commonly accepted when sellers use external logistics or prep services.

Make sure it is a proper commercial invoice for services used to operate the business, not a delivery note or statement, and that it is different from any document previously rejected. If that invoice still does not meet Amazon’s criteria, your remaining option is to rely on the alternative route Amazon mentions, which is confirming that you are not UK-established, in which case no address document is required but Amazon will charge VAT under the UK VOEC mechanism.

If you are unsure which path applies to you, opening an Account Health or KYC case and explicitly asking whether they want proof of establishment or confirmation of non-establishment is the most effective way to avoid repeated rejections by Amazon EU Sarl.

my Amazon account was deactivated, I struggled for weeks trying to meet Amazon’s invoice requirements with no success. I was almost ready to walk away when I found a specialist, He knew exactly how to handle the appeal process. My account was eventually reinstated, and the relief was huge.
