I was creating my Amazon seller account and reached the stage where I need to verify my business address. I used Bizee to register the company, and they do not provide utility bills.
Does anyone know if Amazon accepts Mercury bank statements?
Yes, a Mercury bank statement is commonly accepted by Amazon as proof of business address provided it is addressed to the company or director, shows the full address exactly as entered in Seller Central, and is dated within the last 180 days, and many sellers using registered agents like Bizee successfully verify this way.
Make sure the statement is an official PDF downloaded directly from Mercury, not a screenshot, and that it has not already been submitted and rejected, as Amazon will not accept the same document twice. If the address on the bank statement differs even slightly from the one on your account, update Seller Central first before submitting, as mismatches are the most common reason for rejection
