Okay, if it’s a warehouse, then try submitting the warehouse lease along with a picture of the front signboard and an inside photo showing racks or stock, as this helps them see it’s a real operational place.

Just documents at first, but what helped us was to compile a complete PDF showing everything from all the available documents to pictures etc. It was sorted in a couple days.
