Brand unwilling to provide me LOA

I usually find products from distributor’s catalogue and then contact brands to request for a wholesale account. In most cases, the brand does not open the account and refer me to the same distributor. This way I could show Amazon email correspondence that the brand referred me to this distributor.

I managed to successfully do the same with this brand. In the follow up email, I asked them if it is okay to resell their products on Amazon and this is what they replied.

What to do? Please guide. Also, feel free to comment on the approach.

LOAs are rarely given. Just give Amazon your invoice from distributor if asked.

You can ask one more thing from the distributor: whether they allow selling their products on Amazon. Amazon will accept invoices when you submit Brand Authorized Distributor invoices. If Amazon rejects them, you will need to submit the invoice and brand email along with all evidence to Amazon. This should resolve the issue with your invoices.

The issue is I bought from a retail company. I’ve reached out to their UK distributor. I think they have raised the IP issue, so let’s wait and see. Thanks.
