Dear Seller,
Your branded listings require additional supply chain documentation by 14 September 2025 to continue selling on Amazon.de. After this date, listings without valid documentation will be deactivated, and you will be unable to create new listings for these products.
Why is this happening?
We are taking this action to ensure that only safe and authentic products are sold in our store. We require sellers to demonstrate a track record of consistent inventory supply from verifiable suppliers. Currently, we don’t have enough information about your supply chain to confirm that you meet these requirements. Our review has identified potential customer complaints, authenticity concerns, or violations associated with your listings. We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to make this decision.
For more information about product restrictions and approval requirements, go to
“Categories and products that require approval”.
How do I continue selling these products?
To continue selling these products, complete these steps by 14 September 2025:
-
Go to the “Add a Product” tool in Seller Central
-
Search for the product you want to sell
-
In the search results, click the Apply to Sell link next to the item
-
Click “Request Approval” next to the product
-
Submit the following documentation:
-
Copies of invoices from your supplier issued in the last 180 days showing at least 100 units
-
Contact information for your supplier, including the business name, phone number, address (where applicable), email, and website
Submit documents in pdf, jpg, png, or gif format. You may remove pricing information, but all other details must be visible. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. Your supplier’s contact information will be kept confidential.
You may continue selling your current inventory for these products until the submission deadline. After this date, if you haven’t provided the required documentation and have FBA inventory, you’ll need to create a removal order to have your inventory returned, disposed of, or donated.
