Brand registry application rejected

I have registered my trademark for my Amazon private label product.

After that I applied for Amazon brand registry and provided all the relevant details including serial no, receipt of filing and product and packaging picture but Amazon rejected the application.

And now when trying to submit new application, when I enter the brand name the following red error pops up and I am unable to submit another application.

I have made appeal and emailed the support team.

But need your guidance if any one have faced the similar issue and have resolved it.

Your feedback would mean a lot.

Thank you

I think the old application you submitted is still under review. I have also completed the brand registry process, and it went smoothly. Share a document in which the trademark serial number is mentioned-not the receipt of filing.

The receipt of filing the serial number is mentioned.

We just got this document from USPTO.

Then you should wait for a response from Amazon, as it states that the application is currently under review.

When Amazon rejects a Brand Registry application, the brand name often becomes temporarily locked in their system, preventing resubmission and triggering an error; since you’ve already appealed and contacted support, you should wait for their response while also opening a new case in Seller Central under the Brand Registry path explaining the issue and providing your trademark number, issuing authority, and clear product and packaging images; ensure your trademark is visible in the relevant IP registry, and if urgent, some sellers temporarily use a slightly modified brand name (e.g., adding “Official”) to move forward, though this should be corrected later; if the issue persists, request a manual escalation asking them to unlock the brand name for reapplication.

The status under review is from past 2 days and I received an email today that application has been rejected.

But it still shows under review here.
