Brand approved but still not possible to list products

Hi guys.

I’m really frustrated and I just want to know if these delays are common. I own a private label and in September I got an email that my brand has been approved on brand approval.

When I try to list the items for category approval I got the error that my brand needs approval despite receiving an email that my brand has been approved.

It’s been three months now with Amazon support telling me that the internal team is working on my case. I just want to know if there are sellers that have previously faced the same issue and if this is normal.

It’s not uncommon for Amazon to take a long time to resolve even a basic issue. I recently had a situation where we literally had to grant ourselves permission to list our own brand, and we had to log in to Brand Registry to do it. Let me know if you want more information and I’ll dig it up.

It could be due to a few different factors, but it’s not uncommon. Escalate the issue, and make sure your identity has been fully verified, even if you’ve already completed the process multiple times.
